Estella products can be purchased through WebstaurantStore and The Restaurant Store. As an online retailer, WebstaurantStore is available for purchases across the United States.
We do not sell directly to customers or end users. Please visit one of our distribution partners to place an order for our products.
Estella is not accepting new vendor applications at this time. Estella has an exclusive partnership with WebstaurantStore and The Restaurant Store. Our online distribution partner WebstaurantStore can assist with resellers in fulfilling orders.
Common replacement parts can be accessed on any Estella product page on our site by clicking “View Compatible Parts.” You may also reference your manual for part numbers. Please visit our distribution partner’s websites to order any needed parts.
Estella products can be purchased through WebstaurantStore and The Restaurant Store. These locations will be able to provide you with current product pricing.
We do not have a customer service phone line, but if you wish to ask a question by phone, our online distributor WebstaurantStore has phone representatives available who can assist you at 717-392-7472. All of our products are designed for food service operations only. Installation within a residence will void the warranty immediately.
Estella equipment installed in/on a food truck or a mobile operation will be limited to a 30 day warranty from the original date of purchase.
We do not have Revit or CAD files available for our products.
We are unable to accommodate custom fabrication requests. All customization would need to be performed in the field by a local fabricator and would void the warranty on the unit.

Attachments cannot be removed. Please refer to the product manual for step-by-step cleaning instructions.
Warranty
Please consult each individual unit’s warranty sheet for specifics in regard to its warranty coverage.
We offer a warranty on most of our products when used within the parameters listed in the unit’s manual. We are happy to check the warranty status for you on our products if necessary. The original order number and the company where the unit was purchased will serve as your proof of purchase and is necessary to confirm warranty coverage. All warranties run from the date of purchase.
In the event that your Estella equipment malfunctions, please contact the location where you purchased the unit from to file a warranty claim.
